Tankr is built by one very small team in Romania, for a game we actually play. Every person who searches a player, reads a report, or subscribes is the reason it keeps being worked on. If you are a paying member, you are quite literally paying for the servers, the AI calls, and the hours. Thank you. It is not taken for granted.

Tankr also stands on work other people did first and gave away. The WN8 expected values come from the XVM and modxvm community, who have maintained that dataset publicly for years and asked nothing for it. Tankr would not be able to score a single tank without them. Thank you.

And thank you to Wargaming for running a public developer API at all. Plenty of games do not, and every third party tool in this community exists because that door is open.

What You Get With Tankr PRO

Tankr PRO unlocks three tools: the AI Rank coach, which reads an account's real statistics and writes a coaching report on it, the AI Tank Builder, which recommends equipment and loadouts for a specific tank and player, and player versus player comparison.

There is no limit on WHO you can use them on. You can analyse your own account, a friend, a clanmate, an opponent, or a streamer, and you can compare any two players you like. Tankr PRO is not sold per player and does not charge you for looking at more of them.

Everything else in Tankr stays free. Player search, service records, session tracking, leaderboards, the tech tree stat sheet, and the firepower RNG simulator are not behind PRO and never require a subscription.

Everything Tankr shows is built from public World of Tanks data plus Tankr's own calculations. Tankr is a statistics and coaching tool. It does not modify the game, does not interact with your game client, and gives you no in game items, credits, experience, or advantage of any kind.

AI output is coaching guidance and opinion, not fact and not a guarantee of improvement. Game statistics can be delayed, incomplete, or scored differently by different rating systems.

Features can be added, changed, or removed as the product develops. If a change materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will say so on this page.

Daily Limits On AI Tools

Only the two AI tools are metered, because every report is generated on demand and costs real money to produce. A PRO account can generate up to 15 AI Rank reports and up to 5 AI Tank Builder recommendations per day. Player versus player comparison has no daily limit at all.

Those numbers are set to be comfortably more than normal use. Fifteen coaching reports a day is enough to review your own account and a group of clanmates in one sitting.

Limits are per day, not per player, and they reset at 00:00 UTC on the server clock rather than your local midnight. Reaching one does not reduce or refund your subscription, and everything else keeps working normally.

We state this here, before you buy, rather than letting you find out afterwards.

Billing, Trials, And Renewals

Prices are shown at checkout in the currency you will actually be charged, and the checkout screen is the authoritative source for the amount, the billing period, and any trial length.

If your plan includes a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts automatically to a paid plan and the first payment is taken on that date. A trial is available once per account.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period, at the then current price, until cancelled. We email you before a renewal, before a trial ends, and when a card is about to expire. Those emails come from tankr.live.

Charges appear on your bank or card statement under the name Tankr. If a charge is unfamiliar, email support with the date and amount and we will identify it for you, usually the same day.

Cancelling, And How Easy It Is

You can cancel at any time, in about fifteen seconds, without giving a reason, without asking us, and without talking to anyone. There is no retention flow, no phone call, no form, and no cancellation fee.

Here is exactly how. Sign in at tankr.live. Click your account avatar in the top right. Click Manage Subscription. That opens the billing portal for your subscription, where you press cancel and confirm. That is the whole process.

You can also cancel straight from any email we send you about a renewal or a trial ending, and you can email tankrappsupport@gmail.com and ask us to cancel it for you. We will, and we will confirm it in writing.

Cancelling stops the next renewal. It does not end the period you already paid for: you keep PRO until that period runs out, and you are simply not charged again. Nothing is taken away early as a penalty for cancelling.

Cancelling during a free trial stops it converting, so you are never charged at all. You keep the trial until the day it was due to end.

If you cannot find the button, or the portal does not load, email us and we will cancel it manually the same day. Not being able to reach the button is never a reason for you to be charged again.

Refunds

If something is wrong with a charge, email tankrappsupport@gmail.com and tell us what happened. We look at refund requests quickly and we do not make you justify yourself to get one.

European Union and EEA consumers: you normally have a 14 day right to withdraw from a distance contract. Because Tankr PRO is digital content made available to you immediately, you are asked at checkout to consent to immediate access and to acknowledge that this ends your withdrawal right once access begins. Where that consent was not given, or where local law gives you a stronger right, that law applies and nothing on this page limits it.

Outside those cases, refunds are at our discretion, and in practice we grant them for the reasons you would expect: an accidental purchase, a duplicate charge, a renewal you did not intend, a subscription you never used, or a failure on our side that stopped the product working.

We are less able to refund where an account has already consumed a substantial amount of paid AI generation, or where there is evidence of abuse such as repeated purchase and refund cycles. That is not a trap, it is simply the point at which the service has been used.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. The money typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. A refunded subscription ends immediately.

Chargebacks And Disputes

Contact us first. Most billing questions are resolved within a day, while a bank dispute takes weeks, freezes the payment for both sides, and gives you a slower answer than we would.

If a dispute is opened, we may provide the payment provider and the issuing bank with evidence that the purchase was genuine. That can include the account email, the dates the account was signed in and used, the IP addresses it connected from, a record of the AI reports and builds generated on it, the terms accepted at checkout, and the receipt we sent.

While a dispute is open we may suspend the subscription and the paid features on that account until it is resolved. If a dispute is decided against you, or is withdrawn, we may restore access.

Accounts that repeatedly charge back after using the service may be permanently refused future purchases.

Payments And Card Security

Payments are processed by Stripe, with subscription and entitlement management by RevenueCat. Purchases made through an app store are processed by that store instead.

Tankr never sees, receives, or stores your full card number, expiry, or security code. Those go directly to Stripe, which is a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Tankr only receives confirmation that a payment succeeded, the plan it was for, and the billing email you entered.

Access to paid features is granted by our servers from the payment provider's own record of your subscription. It is never granted by anything your browser can send us, so a modified page cannot unlock PRO.

What Tankr Collects

Tankr uses Google sign-in on web to identify your account, protect access, and restore your workspace across browsers. This can include your Firebase user ID, email address, display name, and profile image.

Tankr processes public World of Tanks player data that you search for or save, including nickname, account ID, region, battles, win rate, WTR, WN8, tank specific performance, recent, pinned and favourite players, and related gameplay metrics.

Tankr stores app activity needed for the product to work, such as saved workspace state, generated reports, cached public statistics, diagnostics, and security and rate limit records.

When you deliberately send a bug report or suggestion, Tankr stores its title, description, optional details, the page it came from, and your account identifier so the submission can be reviewed and removed with your account.

Tankr also records short-lived, scrubbed browser error diagnostics when the interface unexpectedly crashes. These contain the error type, message, affected page, occurrence count, and technical stack where available. Email addresses and secret-like URL values are removed before storage.

For accounts that purchase, Tankr also records the dates the account was active, the IP addresses it connected from, and the terms version accepted at checkout. This is kept to prove a purchase was genuine if it is ever disputed, and for no other purpose. It is deleted when you delete your account, and it expires automatically after 400 days.

How Data Is Used

Data is used to provide player search, service records, tech tree tools, AI Rank analysis, AI Tank Builder recommendations, session tracking, comparison tools, account sync, support, diagnostics, abuse prevention, fraud and chargeback defence, and product improvement.

Bug reports and suggestions are used only to investigate problems and decide what to improve. Client error diagnostics are used only to find and repair product failures.

Public World of Tanks data may be cached server side so Tankr runs faster and makes fewer Wargaming API calls. Cached data can be refreshed or replaced when the source changes.

Tankr does not sell your personal data and does not train its own AI models on your data.

AI Features

Tankr uses server side AI services, including the DeepSeek Open Platform operated by Hangzhou DeepSeek Artificial Intelligence Co., Ltd. or equivalent AI infrastructure, to generate coaching output from public gameplay statistics and Tankr calculated summaries.

AI requests are made from Tankr controlled backend services. Private API keys, prompts, system instructions, Wargaming credentials, and server configuration are not shipped to browser source.

Tankr limits AI prompts to the gameplay context needed for the requested AI Rank report or Tank Builder recommendation. Tankr does not intentionally send payment details, card data, Stripe references, RevenueCat records, Firebase user IDs, support messages, promo claim form data, or account-management records to the AI provider.

The AI provider processes the submitted prompt and returns generated output under its own terms and privacy practices. Tankr stores the generated report or build in your Tankr history so you can reopen it, subject to the retention limits in these terms.

AI output is coaching guidance, not a guarantee. World of Tanks statistics can be delayed, incomplete, or interpreted differently by different rating systems.

Security

Tankr uses HTTPS and TLS in transit and keeps server credentials on backend infrastructure. User owned state is restored through verified Google and Firebase identity, not through browser readable secrets.

No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. Tankr uses commercially reasonable safeguards and may add rate limits, abuse controls, and access restrictions to protect the service.

Data Retention And Deletion

Tankr retains data only as long as needed to run the service, keep your saved workspace, maintain your reports and history, support subscriptions, protect the service, defend payment disputes, comply with law, and improve reliability.

Saved AI output is capped rather than kept forever: Tankr keeps the most recent 25 AI Rank reports per player you analyse, and the most recent 50 Tank Builder runs on your account. Older ones are removed automatically as new ones are generated.

Scrubbed client error diagnostics expire after 31 days. Submitted product feedback expires after 365 days unless it is removed earlier with the account that sent it.

You can delete your account and its data from within the app, or by emailing support. Deletion removes your saved players and preferences, your AI Rank and Tank Builder history, your sign in and IP records, and your entitlement record. Applicable data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, or compliance reasons. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel a subscription, so cancel first if you want billing to stop.

Third-Party Services

Tankr runs on Google Cloud and Firebase for identity, database, and backend infrastructure, on Vercel for the website itself, on DeepSeek for web AI generation, on Stripe for payments, and on RevenueCat for subscription management. Those providers process data on Tankr's behalf under their own terms.

Game data comes from the public Wargaming.net developer API. WN8 expected values come from the XVM and modxvm community dataset, maintained publicly and free of charge by people who owe us nothing. Tankr could not calculate WN8 at all without their work, and we are glad to say so.

Tankr does not sell your personal data, does not share it with advertisers, and does not train its own AI models on your data.

Wargaming Notice

Tankr is an unofficial third party application. It is not created, sponsored, endorsed, approved by, or officially connected to Wargaming.net.

World of Tanks names, logos, images, statistics, and in game content are owned by Wargaming.net or its licensors. Tankr uses public Wargaming.net developer APIs and claims no ownership over raw game data.

Buying Tankr PRO does not give you anything inside World of Tanks. It is not a game purchase, and Wargaming is not a party to it.

Your Account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping that Google account secure, and anything done through a signed in session is treated as done by you. Tankr never asks for your Google password and never sees it.

One person, one account. A paid plan is for you, not for a group to share, and sharing credentials is the fastest way to have an account flagged.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. That removes your saved players and preferences, your AI Rank and Tank Builder history, your sign in and IP records, and your entitlement record. Cancel your subscription first if you also want billing to stop, because deleting the account does not by itself cancel it.

Deleting an account does not lift a suspension. If an account was suspended for payment abuse, that suspension follows the Google account and applies again if you sign back in.

Suspension And Bans

Tankr may permanently suspend an account where we reasonably determine there has been payment fraud, refund abuse, a chargeback filed instead of contacting us, credential sharing, automated scraping, or an attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.

A suspension is tied to the Google account, applies across the platform, and is not lifted by deleting and recreating the account.

If you believe a suspension is a mistake, email tankrappsupport@gmail.com. We will look at it properly and we will tell you what triggered it, within the limits of not handing a playbook to someone who is actually abusing the service.

Where a suspension follows a payment dispute, we may keep the record of that dispute for as long as it is needed to defend it or to stop the same pattern repeating.

Ownership And Your Content

Tankr, its name, its interface, its written guides, its calculations, its prompts, and its backend logic belong to SERDIA IT SRL. Your subscription is a licence to use the service, not a transfer of any of it.

You may use the reports and builds Tankr generates for you however you like, including streaming them, screenshotting them, and posting them. A credit or a link is appreciated but not required.

You may not resell Tankr output as a product of your own, run it through automation to bulk generate reports, or use it to build a competing dataset. Reasonable manual use is welcome, including looking up other players.

Statistics themselves are facts about the game and belong to nobody. Wargaming owns the game data. XVM and modxvm contributors own the expected value dataset. Tankr owns only its own calculations and presentation.

Limits Of What Tankr Promises

Tankr is a statistics and coaching tool. It gives you information and opinion. It does not promise that you will improve, win more, or reach any rating, and no coaching output should be read as a guarantee.

To the extent permitted by law, Tankr is provided as is, and SERDIA IT SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of your own country. If a term on this page conflicts with a mandatory consumer protection rule that applies to you, that rule wins.

Acceptable Use

Do not attack, scrape, spam, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected backend logic, abuse trials or refunds, share a paid account, interfere with security mechanisms, or use Tankr for unlawful or malicious behaviour.

Tankr may suspend, restrict, or terminate free or premium access where abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, security abuse, or violation of these terms is reasonably determined, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Service Availability

Tankr depends on services it does not control, in particular the Wargaming.net API. If that data source is slow, incomplete, or offline, parts of Tankr can be affected. Tankr is provided as is, without a guaranteed uptime level.

Short interruptions, maintenance, and occasional gaps in game data are normal and are not on their own a reason for a refund. A prolonged failure that leaves paid features unusable is, and you should email support if that happens.

Children's Privacy

Tankr is not directed to children under 13, or under the applicable age of consent in your region. If we learn that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it where required.

Governing Law And Contact

Tankr is operated by SERDIA IT SRL, a company registered in Romania under CUI 53914149. These terms are governed by Romanian law, and by European Union consumer law where it applies to you.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection rules in your own country of residence continue to apply, and nothing on this page removes them.

For anything at all, including refunds, billing questions, deletion requests, or a charge you do not recognise, email tankrappsupport@gmail.com. A real person reads it.

Updates

Tankr may update these policies as the product, billing, AI features, or legal requirements change. The current version is always posted on this page, with the date it was last revised shown at the top.

If a change materially affects what you pay or what a paid plan includes, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.
